Positive: I liked the architecture of the building and the Italian style of the windows. It has a private parking slot.

Negative: The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The furniture was old, the carpet and chairs were worn out. Unfortunately, there was dirt in several places and the kitchen items were also dirty.
