Positive: The accomodation was very well provisioned, clean and had good sized bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

Negative: The drawback to this accomodation is that it is located above an Irish pub that closes at 4 am in the morning (along with other restaurants.) It was very noisy until very late on our first night (Thursday) but not so bad on the Friday night. Not the place for light sleepers. I would highlight that despite being non-smokers and disliking smoke, we were able to have the balcony doors open with no issues.

Summary: Really nice and well provisioned accomodation, beware of a possibly noisy pub below.

Positive: Good city location, nice bathroom and whole flat roomy. Very clean, plenty of supplies, soap etc.

Negative: Having to use a QR code to enter that didn’t work but was told to carry on trying to put it in after I rang host. After 15 minutes of trying it still wasn’t working she pressed something on her own phone to let us in from where she lived, insisted there was nothing wrong with her system. We had been on the go 11 hours and were very tired. She could have let us in straight away. She wouldn’t believe that the system kept asking for another number as well as the PIN code. She came out and looked at it with my husband who explained that he discovered you had to push another button to get it to work that wasn’t in her instructions. She then decided to get an electrician to look at her ‘perfect system’ we had no bother from the next day after he had been. Host also allowed us to use a normal key to enter the flat after you get into the first entrance , because you need a QR code to actually get into it. Didn’t enjoy finding out that flat was on 3rd floor, 55 stairs to reach flat. Didn’t enjoy the noise from the pub that is open up to 2am weekdays and 4 am weekends. Kept us awake. Would have liked 2 more pillows or to have the choice. Would have two hand towels, just bath towels provided, or to be told there wouldn’t be any so I could have brought our own. Would have liked a teapot and decent mugs for cup of tea. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack like milk in the fridge for example.Host could have been more empathetic to the door situation

Negative: Secured access wasn’t working properly. Apartment is located up many flights with no elevator. No breakfast cafes nearby. Location has many bars below and nearby , and noisy every night until 1am.
