Positive: The property was spacious and comfortable, well equipped and had a nice interior. The host was attentive and very prompt and helpful in all communications. The village itself is quiet, but has everything and is close to nature. From the property we could easily walk to the bakery, butcher, super market, local restaurants and the local castle. Or walk into the fields with our dog and enjoy nature. There is also a camping nearby which had a basketball court we could use.
Negative: The entrance you walk through has the trash containers in it, which smell a little upon entry. The property itself is up a flight of stairs and has low windows, so the amount of natural light that comes in is a bit less. The additional lighting is more than sufficient to make the space bright though.
Summary: Lovely base from which to explore the vicinity.

Negative: It wasn't a big deal for us but worth noting noise transferred from other apartment - happened to be late arrivals in the other apartment on the night we stayed

Positive: For us it was perfect. It's a big apartment that has everything. We didn't meet the owner but he was in touch with us all the time and gave us very clear instructions. The apartment is big and well equipped. And the atmosphere is great. There is a lot of parking just outside. There's a good bakery very close and the village is great. For us it was just perfect.
Negative: For us it wasn't a thing, but if you plan on using both bedrooms - there is no window at all on the second one, so you need to keep the door open. The apartment is also not the most sunny as it's back and facing a wall. But we didn't care.
Summary: A gem, lots of pleasure.

Positive: Very nice converted apartment. Spacious and tasteful, very clean and fresh (I’m wary of ‘pet-friendly’ descriptions, but this was spotless). Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great communication from host. Felt very safe. Parking easy. Instructions clear to follow.
Negative: Some mood lighting would be nice, for example a lamp or two in the main room rather than the bright overhead. Couch stiff, not cosy to sit on. I think it’s a futon. Whoever was staying above was walking around from 7am on a noisy floor, which woke me as it could be plainly heard through my ceiling. Minor point: I prefer not to strip my bed, etc. When I’m paying a cleaning fee, why am I doing the cleaner’s work?

Negative: Pets are welcome which is appreciated. However, stairs are very steep, not ideal for pets. When arriving in the apartment, it was rather cold. The host is the one who controls the heating remotely. I received a list of instructions from the host not to forget to do the dishes before departure, to undo the linen of the bed, etc... This was repeated by a WhatsApp message at 07:15 in the morning of departure.
Summary: Nice apartment but be aware with pets. The host controls and you feel like being in a kindergarten.
