Positive: Very close to the center of Epernay, very nicely furbished and very clean. Parking behind a gate and very good communication with the host. Would definately (and will probably) stay here again!
Negative: No green garden to sit outside, but still a nice big area with tables and plenty of chairs. Also lounge seats available.

Positive: We had the most wonderful stay at the house. The interior design was so detailed and enjoyably fun. Thoughtfully equipped. We were group of 4 (girl) friends and house offered both comfortable privacy and also general get-together areas for breakfasts and meal times - kitchen and lounge/living room. Check-in and conversation before arrival was smooth. Would definitely return for the next trip to Champagne area.
Negative: The garden surrounding was a bit of surprise on arrival :)

Positive: We liked everything. This house was so close to perfection that we'll be disappointed everywhere we go after this. Three bedrooms with en-suites is a must have for 6 women and the well equipped kitchen in addition to a big living room made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the interior design! The laundry machine and dryer were useful to us too since our luggage never arrived.. Walking distance to everywhere in Epernay: Avenue de Champagne, the champagne houses, restaurants and shops. The food market on Saturday was wonderful! Thank you Isabelle for pointing it to us and thank you for good communication before and during our stay. It was chilly to enjoy the terrace in October but in the summer time it's a great place for eating and drinking champagne.
Negative: The only thing we found awkward was the double blankets in the double beds upstairs as we traveled as a group of friends instead of couples. Some coat hangers would have also been nice to have and the decor lamps by the beds didn't give sufficient light for reading but that's a minor issue!
Summary: It is going to be difficult to exceed this rental house experience!

Positive: The location was quiet but close to the town centre and having private secure parking (we had 3 cars and were a party of 6 adults) was excellent. Apart from a trip to Hautvillers they didn't move during our stay - we also took the train to Reims for a day. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable and showers unusually generous in size. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We loved sitting around the dining table together and outside when warm enough and we appreciated the small touches like generous number of coffee capsules for the machine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we visited Epernay. Excellent hosts.
Negative: Can't think of anything - comments have been made about the workshops next door limiting privacy outside, but we were perfectly happy - they were the other side of the large courtyard and not intrusive.

Positive: We were travelling with a family of friends - four adults and two teenage girls - so the layout of the rooms and the three separate bathrooms was really perfect. Everything is stylish and high quality, and everything is new. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer (although we didn't need them, but maybe it will be important for someone else). The coffee machine comes with capsules, which were generously supplied, so we didn't need to buy any. The water pressure in the showers is good, the toilets work well, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen is from the linen material. A folder with recommendations for restaurants and other places to visit was left in the corridor, in English and French. We would definitely highly recommend this place.
Negative: I think it would be good in summer if the terrace was more separated from the rest of the courtyard, thus providing a more aesthetically pleasing setting for enjoying a glass of champagne :)
