Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet location. Good night sleep is guaranteed. Parking on site and secure. Heating in 2 rooms (except bathroom).

Negative: Owners could not care less about my repeated requests for wifi code and non functional bathroom heating. No one bothered to help me out. But they did spy on me through their mother living next door - every time I open the window for 3 min to get fresh air in the morning before leaving (although when I asked who else lives there they said that they ‘were not seen for some time’ - despite 3 parked cars). But the worst was a very unpleasant experience with a pretty rude cleaner who told me all her disappointment about me effectively ruining her weekend plans by pointing out on dust and spider nets in bedroom corner right under the bedside table. That’s on the top of me going back to the apartment in the middle of my(!) day because she had no keys and waiting for her for 20(!) min at the door. I don’t even want to know what’s under the bed as it is pretty difficult to clean there due to the space. The cleaner sat on my duvet(!) in her winter jacket(!) to check the spot that I pointed. She did not even ask if she can sit in her outside clothes on my bed(!). She cleaned it with a dry(!) napkin - effectively spreading dust on my bed even more. She did not even mop the floor in the bedroom. Hygiene level is amazing there… Overall experience was as if I was disturbing all of them on Christmas days.
