Positive: not far from la feniglia beach (10min drive) or orbetello town. It's quiet at night. It has spacious parking space, lots of greens around. rooms are clean.
Negative: Wi-fi was not working, although the staff promised it would be better after the maintenance wok. We saw boars every night, if you have small kids or pets, it might not be a good idea.

Negative: At night the smell of sulfate was strong and a lot of mosquitos. Unfortunately nature cannot be tamed.

Positive: Nice place, close by the coast. The appartment has all the necessities.
Negative: The adress leads to a wrong place. There is no house number written on Booking. We had to search the adress on their official website. We called the phone number numeeous times, but no one picked up. The appartment itself was alright. It had all the necessities. The closets were smelly.

Positive: Beautiful setting and beautiful rooms. Our apartment was huge and very comfortable. The grounds around the site are beautiful, and it is a short drive to Porto Ercole and Orbetello. Some of our friends arrived late after the reception had closed, but they willing gave me the keys so I could pass everything on when my friends arrived. Francesca at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Communication may be limited if you don't speak Italian, but I was able to translate for my family so had no issues.
