Summary: The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !

Summary: We were there on the final day of the season in the Summer so it is now closed until December. They were down scaling so a lot of the food was finished which is understandable. Other than that a beautiful drive up the Alps in stunning weather so no complaints. Thank you.

Summary: Check your bill before leaving because we got charged twice for our meals and then had too get it back after. Two of our meals the meat was extremely tough one was chicken supreme the other was The venison which was the Christmas meal it was like shoe leather and the creamy potato dolphin was grey, but we were a table of eight people we still enjoyed our time. It’s taken a bit to get our money back .

Summary: 4 day ski trip with a friend. Hotel was ski-in/ski-out, high quality and very friendly. Rooms were all new, staff attentive and ski lockers great. Local area was a little quiet (as is a lot of Serre Chevalier) but the bar in the hotel was a good replacement.

Summary: The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable.
