Summary: Our group of 11 (including a toddler) stayed at this beautiful home for 2 weeks in June 2023. We were delighted with our stay. The house is spacious and accommodating, and it has lots of character. The backyard patio is a great place for dinners, and there is plenty of room around the well-kept pool. Florence was a wonderful host, and even arranged to have groceries on-site for our arrival. She further arranged for her housecleaner to come in mid-visit (very reasonably priced). The village is literally outside the front door, with the fantastic local bakery, small market and two great restaurants a mere 5-minute walk away. The village is charming and central to many other sites. There is a ton to see and do within a 30-minute drive of the house. We enjoyed a tour of the Cohola vineyard (just up the road), and trips to Seguret, Vaison la Romaine and Orange. There are a number of larger cities within a 1.5-hour drive. We traveled from Canada for this vacation. For long-distance travellers, note there is a small extra fee for the use of linens and towels that you must pay for in cash upon arrival; this may not be mentioned on the VRBO site, so be sure to clarify in advance with Florence (she thought it was mentioned; it was an issue with site translation). Also, most places in the area take credit card, but a few are cash only. We highly recommend this property, and hope to be back!

Summary: Our party of eight were welcomed by Florence (who is a very friendly and caring woman and speaks English, and French ) and two bottles of EXCELLENT wine from the family's own vineyard. There was enough space for our three cars in front of the house. The house itself is spacious, very well and tastefully equipped and in very good order. For elderly people only the stairs up to the top floor might be a bit challenging. Two kitchens with two large fridges served and all the clean bathrooms served our needs more than well. (Perhaps one or two racks to hang the towels would be nice though.) The garden was well-kept, as was the pool. When it was very sunny those in need on shadow could retreat to the back of the garden with its trees (and boule course!). Sablet has shops for your everyday needs three minutes away from the house on foot (bakery, small supermarket with very good vegetables and fruit) and is not too far from Vaison la Romaine with its large supermarkets and petrol stations. Trips in the region took us to Orange, Avignon, Mont Ventoux and Les Baux de Provence, with nice little towns and villages being much closer (you can even walk to Seguret with its medieval old town and really good restaurants). And there may be even more to see, but, alas, we had only two weeks! So thank you, Florence and Francois, for letting us a house that is really worth staying there! :-)

Summary: Well positioned, close to shops, restaurants, wineries and the Sablet wine shop. Perfect base for exploring the beautiful area, especially as 5 of us were keen cyclists, Mt. Ventoux is close! Lovely pool to cool down in. Well equipped kitchen.

Summary: House in reality is nicer than the photos show. Everything is present to guarantee an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. Close to village center. Florence is very helpful with ultra fast replies. Highly recommended!

Summary: We had a superb holiday in this beautiful house just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sablet. The house is extremely well equipped and the large dining areas, both inside and out, made family meal times great fun. The bedrooms were all large and spacious and the three new bathrooms had excellent showers with no shortage of hot water. Outside there is a lovely terrace, a boulle court and an excellent swimming pool. Nearby there are vineyards everywhere and no shortage of wine tasting opportunities! There are numerous walks and delightful villages to visit all close at hand. Florence and Francois were excellent and friendly hosts, always on hand with useful information and regular checks of the pool and water quality. We can't thank them enough for letting us share their lovely house.

Summary: it is a very nice, new renovated, huge house. We were 6 parents and 6 kids - we didnt miss a thing. Good service for the pool, friendly service by the owners giving us tips. A lot of beautiful landscape with good streets for cycling. So it was just an amazing holiday with all the pool, biking and wine we dreamed of ^_^

Summary: We enjoyed our staying in the lovely town of Sablet very much. The location and the view from the house is great. It's a modern house with all the tools u need and offers you more than enough room for 8 persons. Also the lovely pool is big enough and clean, the kids loved it and so did we !
