Summary: Beautiful room with king-sized bed, deep soak bath, and walk-in rainfall shower. The front desk staff is extraordinarily warm and welcoming. Tracy, Wendy, and Justin just enhanced the luxury experience with their warmth and professionalism!

Summary: It’s not bad, but there’s not much delights either. Personnel we’re friendly and professional across the board, but other than that it’s average. It’s like the chain itself. It offers lower mid-tier quality at mid tier prices, sprinkled with small annoyances. Breakfast is sort of expensive compared to what one gets, the sink / tap combo easily splashes water all over, decoration is … well, partly refurnished, yet at the same time you feel like you got back to nineties. As said, all in all not a bad experience, particularly due to professional and friendly staff, but at the same time nothing to celebrate either.

Summary: We had three wonderful days in the hotel. The breakfast was high quality and variety. The room was spacious. The front desk staff was exceptional. I want to single out Wendy who came with me to nearby parking to help me with my issue of charging my electric car. Thank you, Wendy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Wonderful hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and lots of hot water. My room had the large deep soak bathtub. The staff members were welcoming and helpful, always greeting me whether I was leaving or returning. Tracey, Camille, and Bia are such assets to the hotel. They make you feel like a special guest.
