Positive: We loved this property it’s modern, it’s tidy and it has everything you need. The location is great and also super easy to catch trams or walk around. You are 5 minutes walk from everything. And if you have a car like us we managed to get a park just up the road and it wasn’t overly expensive. The staff are awesome as well, super responsive. We would gladly stay here again if visiting Nice in the future

Negative: The portable aircon does the job. But it doesn’t reach the bed for when you are trying to sleep at night but there is a fan there so it’s fine just something to be aware of.

Positive: The location is good, place is quiet, close to the shopping street and railway station.

Negative: Well, the apartment seems been renovated or better say it’s a converted space from shop. It’s also not in particular finished. There are also no windows. The wide door is served as a window and it’s a direct access to the street.

Positive: The kitchen, the bathroom, the sofa, the bed... The flat offers all the equipment and comfort you need to enjoy the few hours you spend in there when your not walking through the nice city of Nice.

Negative: Nothing since it was exactly what we needed for our short stay. However, I would put a small bin in the bathroom, maybe fix the weak pressure of the shower (if possible) and install a hook to keep the door open to bring some fresh air and decrease humidity.

Summary: Well-located and comfortable flat, perfect for a short stay in Nice.
