Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Lamorlaye. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and situated in a charming and peaceful location close to Chantilly. Thibaut was a gracious and attentive host, making sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommended – we would gladly return!

Positive: The apartment was very clean, a Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance to local shops, bakeries and supermarket. Thibaut was an amazing host who responded quickly and answered all our questions. Alot is possible with him through consultation.
Negative: One bedroom did not have a window, but it was not a big issue just a preference for more light. I would recommend a fan in the room during summer months more ventilation.

Positive: The location is perfect - really easy access to the Chantilly Gouvieux Train Station - 30 min away from Paris. The host accepted us to stay together with our small dog. Overall communication was very nice and polite.
Negative: The entrance of the building was dirty, smelling of cigarette with a dirty staircase. One of the bedroom is without windows and there is mold on the ceiling. The apartment smells a lot - seems there was a water damage that has not really been dealt with. Presence of black traces in places - mold. The noise of the floor when you walk is very annoying, also the windows are not well insulated and it is quite noisy when traffic outside. I was surprised we should clean the apartment after using vacuum cleaner and wipes to ensure no stripes and all windows / surfaces have neen cleaned.
Summary: Nice location but apartment needs quite some renovation

Positive: Lovely flat. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the linen of excellent quality. Everything is laid out as if you were staying in a hotel. Internet works well. Well positioned, close to all the necessary day to day shops. Brasserie 100 m away and many other restaurants in the centre of Lamorlaye. There is however everything you need if you want to cook yourselves. There is ample space for four guests.
Negative: There is a washing machine which is not for use by guests. We went to the local laundrette.
Summary: Beautiful appointment offering all that we needed. We would stay here again.
