Positive: Location was perfect. It’s near the stadium. The hotel is also located in the Short North. You can walk to so many restaurants/ shops / bars.
Negative: Parking is high. I don’t know a city where parking isn’t high though.
Summary: We enjoyed all the events going on around the hotel.

Positive: Kind staff members, coffee maker in the room, large TV, and comfortable king-sized bed.
Negative: The lobby is impressive but for the cost, the room was disappointing. Our room overlooked the expressway and the noise from daily traffic was a distraction - especially for sleeping at night. When the hotel isn't busy, putting guests in rooms that face away from the traffic noise would be helpful. Unnecessarily complicated WIFi log in - we usually don't have an issue with WiFi connection at the hotels were we stay.

Positive: The staff were super courteous and helpful, always smiling and happy. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is perfect in the middle of downtown with so many restaurants to choose from.
