Positive: - staff at the reception were kind

Negative: - breakfast: at 9:30u there were no croissants anymore, no fresh fruit, no fresh fruit juice - elevator is very dirty, a lot of dust - room is old, in the bathroom some things let loose - lady who cleaned the room knocked at the door despite our ‘do not disturb’ sign, I opened the door to tell her we were going to leave soon, then she said something in french in an unkind tone and closed the door very hard.
