3 Bedroom Apartment in Lucca

Le Muricciole, is part of an old farmer's house just recently restructured very thoroughly with old materials in order to preserve the original atmosphere, but with luxury appliances(for example there are mosquito screens at all the windows).The house is devided in three independent apartments, Le Muricciole, La Campanella (sleeping 4, also on this portal) and our residence.
You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy and peace. This is the perfect place for couples, groups of friends, families with children, and for people who travel for work.
The garden is overlooking a hill covered with olive orchards and woods.The landscape has remained untouched since the last century.A table, chairs, ombrella and armchairs, allow to eat outside in the setting sun and the light breeze coming from the sea, only 20 km away.
Upon arrival, a big parking with automatic lighting allows to park also big cars. As we live in the same building, aside from short periods of vacation, we will be available for whichever necessity.
On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen super accessorized for lovers of cooking, a small bathroom, a living room with fireplace, tv and wi-fi, a laundry room. A stone staircase leeds you upstairs where there are three bedrooms, one of which en-suite, and two bathrooms. In each room a double bed can be separated in 2 single beds. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other a big shower. A baby chair and crib are available on request.
The apartment is cosy and enjoyable also in winter as it has a very efficient floor heating, which is payed extra upon consumption. The price includes parking, electricity and water. A fee of 60 euros for final cleaning and the tourist tax of 4.50 per person above age 14, are to be payed in cash at arrival.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed the stay in Tuscany as well as the stay at the villa. Sonia our host was very helpful with our requests and the stay was enjoyable to all of my family.

Summary: Our group of 6 women thoroughly enjoyed our at Sonia’s home. The villa was roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved cooking in the chef’s kitchen that was equipped with anything we ever dreamed we might need. Dining outdoors overlooking the olive grove with the hills in the background was a wonderful way to end each day. We walked to a grocery store (2 km) and Lucca (5 km). The bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk so we had no difficulty getting around without a vehicle. Sonia is such a wonderful host and her home is located in the countryside, such a peaceful place to vacation. We didn’t want to leave.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this house and we absolutely love it. Sonia is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations or for whatever you may need. The house is well equipped, comfortable, has THE BEST KITCHEN EVERY. It is close to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and other cities to visit, easy access to supermarkets and shopping . It has a beautiful and quiet atmosphere. My daughters, husband and I LOVE the house and we hope to be able to return again. Thank you Sonia for everything!

Summary: Renovated, well equipped, large home, featuring an impeccable kitchen area for fans of family home cooking. Location is wonderfully close to Lucca, Florence and coastal towns. Quiet neighborhood and safe in-property parking. We traveled with my parents, husband and daughters and everyone loved the house. Sonia was very welcoming and knowledgeable of activities in the area.

Summary: We were very enthusiastic about the beautiful house in an equally beautiful area. At night you only will hear some birds and the olive trees growing. The house is furnished in a loving way and everything is just there. Managed by Sonia in the same loving way. She is helpful in all questions. Thank you very much for the wonderful days.
