Summary: When we were here with our guides, the service was amazing. The days that I booked outside of our tour however were bad enough that I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. An air handler had our floor flooded on the first stay. Drains were not draining in the room, and the overall room condition was subpar. On the tail end of our trip, There was the smell of mildew on my floor, and upon checkout the cashier tried to charge me for snacks that I had never touched (this was at 2am on the 5th of July). The only thing keeping me from giving a one star is that the service was very good on the days that our local tour guides booked and accompanied us.
