Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The kids felt like we lived in a tree house for a few days and loved it. The cabin is well appointed and feels very private. Hot tub was a big hit!

Summary: We enjoy our stay very much (family of 4, kids ages 6&8). For our kids the ladders were not an issue, but be mindful if travelling with younger kids. Access to Quebec City was easy. There is a grocery store close by. There are also amazing mountain bike trails right in the “backyard”. Perfect for a quiet get away and city sights!

Summary: Clean and unique cabin with a stuning view! Part of what makes it so fun is that it feels like a treehouse, but that also makes it a bit less functional than a traditional home layout. If you are a couple people looking for seclusion and wonderful views, this is a great spot! Great communication with host.

Summary: The house is located very lonely in the middle of nature with great views over the forest to the mountains. The whole house is very clean, lovingly decorated and offers all the amenities you need despite the small space: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. A dream is the incredibly huge whirlpool on the terrace with a fantastic view. The individual levels can be reached via ladders or via the outside staircase. A fire pit with seating and a horseshoe throwing game are located near the house. We were even able to observe marmots. The landlord is very nice and always available. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Summary: Beautiful and very modern chalet situated well off the road in Lac-Beauport. One bedroom and a loft that is really more appropriate for kids given the height of the ceiling and ladder to get to it. Bedroom downstairs with attached en suite on ground level and very private. Perfect place to stay for the able-bodied as there are steps and ladders to access everything, but if you have any mobility challenges it would be an impossible place. There is a well-stocked kitchen and full-size washer and dryer which were a huge bonus for us. To access the chalet it is via gravel road and if you are planning to go in winter, a 4x4 would be necessary. We found out that the immediate area isn’t really walkable due to the mountain biking so we had to drive everywhere, and the closest grocery is 15-20 min. Lac-Beauport is a nice town and caters to winter sports enthusiasts as well as mountain bikers. We visited the Jacques Cartier National Park (which was about 40 min away) and hiked there which was spectacular. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave great directions and info on the place. Overall it was very pleasant and memorable (especially the ladders for my kids)!

Summary: We had a fantastic summertime stay at Le Nørr. Peaceful mountaintop retreat with an amazing view in the heart of the Sentiers du Moulin bike trail network. Conveniently situated in the pretty community of Lac Beauport with easy access to Quebec City, Mont-Sainte-Anne and Jacques-Cartier National Park. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a week and the hot tub and washer/dryer made this home stand out. Thank you to our host who responded quickly to our questions.
