Positive: We very much appreciated the early checkin via keyless entry, thank you! It was clean and tidy, and while there is no kitchen or kitchenette, there is a mini fridge, microwave and a few bits of crockery, so you can heat up a take-away or make your own light breakfast or cup of tea, and wash up in the bathroom basin. While expensive, Luxembourg is quite expensive by comparison to other European countries, so this was a convenient place to lay our heads for a couple of nights, and for the 20 minute trip into the city on the free Luxembourg buses.
Negative: A few suggestions to add value to the overall experience: eg a second beside lamp; and for returning in the evening, a sensor light over the rear padlock entrance so you have light to insert the key while holding the chain (a keyed door would be better). An information folder: Most BnBs have a small folder with information such as the free tourist map of the city centre; tourist attraction pamphlets; local bus info (eg busline numbers and the name of bus stops for a return trip to the city centre), supermarket locations, peculiarities of the apartment (eg we didn’t realise that the internal blinds could be lifted up to let light in. If you leave the door open, as we did at first, you let in lots of flies).
