Positive: The house is equipped with everything one would need for a short stay, and it has a nice modern look.

Negative: 1) the bed were absolutely awful. the main bad was extremely soft and one would simply sink in. The sofa bed, aside from being quite uncofortable as most of sofabeds are, had 20 cm gap between the bed and the headbord, so that pillows would easily fall in between (and cosidering how dusty it was under the sofa, that was really unpleasent) 2) underneath the sofa bed it was quite dusty. I get it may be difficult to clean, but given the issue described above it was an absolute must 3) Not everything was equipped for 4 people visit (e.g. there were only 2 breakfast cups, while we would have needed 3 at least). 4) the automatic check in and check out process is quite nice and smooth, but too strict. Checkout was at 10.00, and at that time they take away the opportunity for you to get back into the house. So if you are laoding the car and at 10.01 you want to get back in to retrieve the last bag, you will have to go through their assistance (or at least i hope so, it didnt happen to us, but we were quite close). i would suggest to give some clearance of at least half an hour if you request such an early checkout.
