Positive: You had your own apartment and your peace and quiet.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was no internet access. The heating system was undersized for the apartment. Very appealing in spring, summer, and autumn, but unsuitable for a winter stay.

Summary: Quite pleasant if you're not there in winter.
