Summary: Beautiful hidden gem for a 2-3 day stay. The only recommendation is to have more options on the menu for lunch and dinner because it is pretty much the same for both. The waiters are very friendly and respectful and made our stay great. The hammam is excellent and good value. The place is great value on a whole. My second visit and it was as enjoyable as the first.

Summary: We love every detail of this hotel. It's located in a beautiful spot in the mountains. The staff is very friendly ans take care of everything you need. The rooms are beautiful, pool area calm, food is good and the view is amazing. They have horses and you can take a tour in the area. This was our second stay here, and we will come back!

Summary: The hotel is beautiful the only thing that wasn’t amazing, was the staff are not very observant. So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive. But the views are breathtaking and the food is good, but as the menu is quite limited, I think 4 days max is enough. The breakfast for me lacked variety and got a bit boring. There is a farm and horse riding. But i would stay at this place if you are looking for something romantic and dont want to venture out as it is far from everything else. The hammam was very good, massage was ok. Reasonable prices.

Summary: Positives: -outstanding architectural design -stunning landscaped gardens -the best view we’ve ever experienced from a hotel, especially the pool view -gorgeous pool area and pool side bar service -Extremely professional and highly attentive staff -free bike hire and brilliant, safe cycling route with outstanding views -very good breakfast -Room/ hotel grounds very good value for money! -Huge guest room(gorgeous smells, too) -lovely warm, powerful shower -large extremely comfortable bed with high quality bedding -spotlessly clean and superb cleaning staff -good wine and reasonably priced -lovely nibbles (olives/almonds) before meals -thyme hedges - loved these! -well designed spa -friendly/smiley and approachable manager Negatives: -lack of reading material in English eg design magazines -expensive food -lack of choice on the menu and lack of snack options (basically we would have preferred more informal dining options) -lack of casual seating areas; the dining/relaxation areas were rather formal and lacked coziness -no slippers in the room and it was quite cold on the feet -lack of comfortable seating on the guest room terrace - the stools were too uncomfortable to sit and read a book -no facilities for making hot drinks in the room -no conditioner in room Top tip: Maybe consider selling blankets/cushions in the room in the shop as they were beautiful Do you reuse the plastic pots containing shower gel and shampoo? If not, we would have preferred reusabl

Summary: Amazing resort in the middle of nowhere. Getting there was the only challenge. You do have to go through a small village. So hire a car so you don’t have to deal with it. Once on the property it was simply amazing. Words can’t describe how wonderful this place was. Only 16 rooms and we only ever saw 3 other couples. If you want a relaxing place to unwind and disconnect it is the place for you.

Summary: My wife and son and I loved our stay here because the entire staff is so incredibly kind, helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was cozy with 18 units, family friendly, good space in each unit and amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. It’s a great hotel if you’d like to get away from the business of Marrakech. We found it lovely and enjoyed being able to walk the ground and take our son to their farm. Hammam bath was awesome too! Wish they had better WiFi but that’s about the only thing I could callout. Loved it here.

Summary: The location is idyllic and this is perfect for complete relaxation in the most stunning surroundings. The grounds are beautifully designed with the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains visible wherever you are. The only sounds come from the birds. Watching the sunsets from our patio was a highlight. The decor was so pleasing throughout the hotel and beds were so comfortable. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and efficient, catering for all our needs during our stay. The food was excellent-all fresh, simple ingredients and breakfasts were most enjoyable-especially the homemade yoghurt and Berber eggs. Cooking class was great fun and a delight to then be able to eat the salads and fish tagine we had prepared for supper. The pool is gorgeous but sadly too cold to swim in February but pool area is stunning for relaxing and enjoying the views. Trekking in the mountains with traditional Berber lunch also recommended. My daughter and I cannot thank the staff at the Palais Paysan for all their help and attention.

Summary: The staff is very focused on Guests experience. They remember and call you by your first name. They do have what I call a servant's heart which is important in the service industry. You can tell that they show love to their vistors. So Thank you Ali, you did your best in greeting us, Thank you Adnane, Mohammed, Mahammad and Hicham for your outstanding service. Food is quite pricey for the quality offered, however, I can understand that because it is a remote location. The scenery is beautiful, it's calm and clean. Wifi signal is weak though. not convenient for someone who works from his hotel room / lounge. Overall, I would recommend this place. It stands out from the crowd.
