Summary: I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. All is great. Staff is extremely friendly except one person who has consistently been rude and odd at every visit over many years. She has not changed. On my last visit, she was the same as before. She works in the evening behind the counter. Do not try to engage with her.

Summary: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect, with stunning views across the vineyards of the region in all directions. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, with street parking just outside the hotel. The room we stayed in on the city side was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
