Positive: It was a beautiful, spacious apartment with a perfectly equipped kitchen. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was close to the city center. The bathroom was also very nice as was the balcony.
Negative: The apartment is not in the best part of town. Especially at night, it was very loud, so sleeping with an open window was impossible. As it was quite hot, an open window would have been very nice as there is no AC. Also, the beds are rather soft. All in all, we did not sleep particularly well.

Positive: The flat is well located and well equipped. It's a very modern place. Very clean. The hosts were helpful and friendly.
Negative: The hosts are very helpful and patient. But there are some small areas for improvements: 1. The bedroom has a small circular window that does not have curtains. It is not convenient for those who prefer to sleep in the dark. 2. The check-in instructions can be improved. It would be good to have clear English instructions for international guests, which outlines how the door is supposed to be opened as well as closed. It would be nice to have a kitchen manual too.

Positive: I felt at home. Very spacious apartment (compared to all the other apartments I've stayed in in Grenoble), well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and clean bathroom, excellent bedroom and a balcony where I could enjoy tea in peace. Above all, the hosts were very welcoming and nice. And next to the property there is also a rotisserie with some delicious baked chickens :)
Negative: I have nothing to complain.
Summary: The nicest house I've stayed in in Grenoble in the last 2 years.
