Positive: This quiet charming estate is a small, owner-occupied hobby farm near Mont St Michel just outside of Avranches. It is secure (gated) and provides plenty of space for a larger family (we had six people and didn't use all the beds). This was our favorite place that we stayed on our visit to France!
Negative: We were surprised by the additional cost for towels/linens and cleaning. This IS DISCLOSED in the listing in the details but it wasn't something I remembered by the time we arrived for our stay.

Positive: Very good setting in beautiful surroundings, very spacious with a generous number of shower rooms (3) and 2 separate toilets. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor seating spaces.

Positive: The buildings and grounds are pretty and our kids loved the trampoline, badminton and chickens/goats etc. There was a washing machine which was helpful. There are lots of great things to visit between 20-30 mins drive even if not much closer than that.
Negative: Our rooms were a little old fashioned and I can’t quite get used to the idea that you either clean the rooms yourself or pay for it to be done.
Summary: Good for families with kids and well located for a range of sights
