Negative: Was looking forward to the garden but the grass hadn’t been mowed for a long time and it could have done with a tidy up

Positive: The apartment was amazing - it is situated in the very centre of the city, on the central square. It has 2 completely separate bedrooms, both very comfortable, a kitchen open with a sitting room with TV and - with doors opening to a separate small beautiful garden with garden table and chairs. And, of course, it has separate and very comfortable bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilette. One bedroom faces the square and the second one and the sitting room are facing the garden. Although the flat is in the ground floor it is safe and calm. There are wooden blinds on all windows, so it is very secure, provides darkness and preserves the flat from hot sun. In the kitchen there is a four burner stove with oven, a microwave and a big refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans and utensils. There are also an iron and an ironing pas, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. Towels and bedding are provided by the apartment. We had a very unexpected feeling of home - everything was so cosy and clean. On the day of our arrival we received a message with passcode for keys safe, so it was very straight forward. Anothe set of keys was in the flat, and that was very convenient. The house is very calm, no noise. There was some noise form the square, especially in the weekend, but it did not cause any problem, and the traffic is not big at all. All shops are a lot of restaurants and cafés are really close in the same square))). The river is appr. 1,4 km away, about 15 minutes walk. The town is amazing!

Negative: Actually the only problem was very poor WiFi signal, so we had to use out phones. We could not watch films using the apartment wifi. Another thing is not the problem of the apartment - starting from 10 p.m. all outside lamps are switched out for the whole night, so please be careful and do not leave your phone at home - it is so dark you cannot see anything at all! All shops in French small towns close for siesta from 12.30 till 14.00 except for a big supermarket. And you cannot have a dinner before 19.30, as all restaurants open only at 19.00. And it is better to reserve a table anyway!
