Positive: The hotel location is super! Right in the middle of the Marais area. It is a small hotel beautifuly designed. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfurtable and the bath towels were really thick and fluffy. However, we ordered a classic double room which is listed as a 16 sqm. However, the room was really really small and we felt like we received the smallest room of 13 sqm. You can barly move in the room. We had another room for our kids Classic twin beds that felt much sutable for the size of 16 sqm. We had a conversation with one of the stuff members who explained that the classic double room has 2 models: one with a bath and a bigger bath room and one with a shower and bigger sleeping area. Unfortunettly, booking doesn't has an option to choose and we got the small room with a bigger bath. If I knew it in advance, I would ask for the room with a shower to get more space in the room itself. I gave this hotel only 8 because of the room small size which is over priced in my opinion.
Negative: The room size is too small for its price ( specially the room with a bath). As seen in the pictures. I added also picture of the classic twin beds room so you can see the diffrence between the sizes of the room with shower vs. Room with bath as the layout is simillar for the classic double room If you preffer more space in sleeping area make sure you ask for a room with a shower. In the classic twin bed, the water pressure and temprature was not stable

Positive: Great location. Lots of local restaurants. Away from the tourist area but still relatively close to visit museums. Our room was beautiful with two large windows that looked out on a quiet street. Also the coffee shop Arabica is fantastic and is just a few doors down

Positive: All standard rooms are small throughout Europe, this was no exception. Nonetheless, pleasant bathroom, comforable bed. Wonderful staff, including receiption team, breakfast server, and cleaning team = everyone was nice. The location is perfect. On the edge of Le Marias and close to the Canal. METRO around the corner and used such to explore outer Arr./ neighborhoods (Batignolles + Belleville + Bastille). Elsewhere was able to arrive within 15-20 mins. (all major sights). Note I did not use the spa. Why ? Too busy exploring and enjoying this beautiful city
Negative: 1) Could use a dresser/proper closet. Yet with room size there is no room (if you are a couple level up) 2) Breakfast is only adequate; might want to explore cafes = there are plenty close by

Positive: Spacious bedrooms for a Paris hotel, very comfortable bed, cleaned well. The dining area was very pleasant.
Negative: More variety of fruit for breakfast please, and coffee wasn’t great.

Positive: Really nice and comfortable hotel with great location! Rooms are really clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly. There is a cocktail bar with indoor garden in the hotel, and a spa.
