Negative: Very hard to access, we were lucky that a passer by let us into the main building. Also that it was daytime and not at night. We were able to talk to someone on the phone but still a bit stressful getting in

Positive: Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment on the first floor. Comfortable bed and couch. Very roomy shower (rainshower and telephone style) Good WiFi (measured aboved 100 Mb/sec with SpeedTest) Good pharmacy nearby (Saint-Bruno) Market across the street Many restaurants nearby (on Cours Jean Jaurès)
Negative: A message was supposed to be sent to me a week before arrival with check-in instructions but I did not receive it. When I showed uo at the door I called the host who told me I should have sent a photo of my passport to get the check in instructions. I told the host I received no such instructions and to please let me in and I would send my passport as soon as I was inside. The rest of the process went well. -The building is fairly noisy from neighbors, and train tracks within 20 meters. -Street people very noisy in the night on a Thursday night. Jackhammering at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning -Apartment was clean, with some minor deficiencies (e.g. some bread crums in the utensil tray, and in one cupboard -Only one and a half roll of toilet paper for a 2-night stay: consider providing more (nobody wants to buy TP on a trip)

Positive: This apartment is beautifully renovated with great attention to detail and is very well equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. The location is fantastic, being close to the train station and within walking distance of many nice bars and restaurants. An amazing farmers market right in front of the house is a delightful bonus. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay!
