Positive: Location and staff were simply perfect.
Negative: Damaged furniture in the rooms, stayed in two different ones and both had broken mirrors. The TV did not work or came up from a stand, and there were some damages in furniture that makes it seem run down for such a new place.

Positive: The staff was super helpful and pleasant. The rooms and apartment were very spacious, clean, great bathrooms and very good air conditioning. And the location was perfect!
Negative: Just a little bit expensive, but I know Paris is very expensive.
Summary: Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Positive: Location, staff, coffee machine and kitchenette. The heated towel rack was fantastic!
Negative: Communal laundry area would be good. Toilet seat too high and a bit close to the kitchen.

Positive: The rooms are very modern- we had a suite so it was spacious and comfortable. Our room looked onto the courtyard so in general was quiet.
Negative: The street it is on has three bars and can get very busy and noisy at night. There is a night club underneath that was noisy late into the night and early morning . Also, on booking it states that there is a refrigerator in the room which sadly was not true.
