Located in the middle of the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, everything is within walking distance. The residence is well maintained and quiet. The shops in the pedestrian streets are 10 minutes away, the Arago market 5 minutes away, open every day of the year, pharmacies, caterers, restaurants, night-time entertainment, Thalasso, 2 casinos, 1 cinema. Free parking nearby.
For your holidays, we've thought of everything that could make life easier for you: king-size bed that won't take up too much space during the day; kitchen equipped with dishwasher, extractor fan, induction cooker, fridge with freezer section, multifunction mini oven... Hoover, shopping basket, etc. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin on large worktop and washing machine.
