Positive: Location, right next the beach. Swimming pool & Spa, the outdoor pool was heated. Breakfast, good range of options.

Negative: They charged for using the swimming pool when it is heated and adult must pay to use Spa just to use the swimming pool.

Negative: It was bad surprise to know, that SPA was completely excluded from the booking and you meed to pay even to visit sauna. Parking was also surprisingly 15 eur/night. Only breakfast exclusion from the booking was clearly stated. And price for the breakfast is relatively high for the quality. As it was no enough space for people in the morning. I guess, if hotel wants to earn money for breakfast, at minimum you need to have space for that. Staff on a bar were good, but not sure about reception, they were not so helpful, as you expect in 4-start hotel. For example, simple question like - where can I order a pizza, makes people lost. And this in Italia! Mamma Mia! SPA treatment was ok. I would give them 2-3 stars maximum. Shops on a street in front of the hotel line sell wine and cups with Hitler and Mussolini! This is completely inappropriate!!!

Positive: We arrived at the Suite Hotel later than prognosticated due to a highway access closure from our starting point (Matera) to the Coastal Hwy along the Adriatic Coast, and unusual traffic congestion. Our Suite on the 4th floor was reserved and well-prepared though, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We were also able to park our car, at the hotel-owned parking place, and the reception-staff kindly advised us that we would be able to withdraw our car from that parking space as often as we liked to. Since the early 1960s Rimini became known as a popular beach resort for international Europeen travelers, but soon thereafter it lost market share due to competition, mainly from Spain and Greece. Yet, I have fond memories of that early period, and the type of hotel I booked is still in demand by people who enjoy access to all amenities---including a fully equipped kitchen---while on vacation. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, both in terms of the variety and quality of the offered breakfast food items. I can confidently recommend this hotel, on account of the completeness of its services and the friendliness of the staff.

Negative: Nothing to criticize...
