Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!

Summary: One particular lady on the reception was particularly rude, arrogant and obnoxious. I won’t name names but she definitely needed to attend a customer service course. The others were very friendly and pleasant.

Summary: The hotel is old fashion but has its charm. Good service, excellent swimming pool. If the hotel is not full or no noisy guests in the pool, the room is peaceful.

Summary: This hotel is on the west side of the Island and has lots of sunshine. If you have a mini suite you have a patio area from which you can enter the main pool directly via a canal. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the grassy areas in addition to the beach. The restaurant is very good if a little expensive for the English visitor. Reception staff and restaurant staff speak some English so no need to try your French unless you wish to. Easy car parking.
