Positive: I'd read reviews talking about their stay at the hotel and arrived expecting something meagre, but alright for a stay next to the Mont. Instead, I found friendly staff, an early check-in available, a comfortable room and an amazing location. Exactly what I needed. Also, they took care of my backpack after checking out.
Negative: The walls are paper thin and I had an exceptionally loud, angry neighbour next door. I didn't order the breakfast as it seemed expensive, so cannot comment on that.
Summary: Comfortable, convenient, exactly what I needed.

Positive: Thank you to the hotel for the reception! The reception staff is very helpful and will assist with any questions. We were checked in earlier, which was very convenient for us. The room has a kettle and tea, as well as towels and soap. There is no refrigerator, but this was not a problem for us. The hallway is well-soundproofed, but we quickly fell asleep and did not hear anything. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast cost 11 euros per person. There was an omelette with sausages, a lot of pastries, fruits, yogurts, and coffee. We enjoyed it. We ate quickly and went for a walk. The shuttle to Mont Saint Michel is across the street. Thank you!

Positive: The location was excellent. The bathroom was generous. Everything worked. The room was clean and well presented. Good curtains darkened the room well. The jug was a wonderful addition. shower good pressure Staff I dealt with on reception were very friendly professional and helpful. I needed information about an early bus and the advice was spot on.
Negative: The place is a bit tired looking in communal areas and stairs need a good vacuum. But no complaints about my room. Could hear my neighbours TV but after 11 not a peep out of anyone. If this is an issue for you being earplugs.

Negative: Had some weird sour smell in the room. Cannot open the window as there’s insects everywhere. There’s no air con and it is a big problem in summer Don’t bother with their breakfast . Save it and use on the island

Positive: I’ve been given clear instructions before arrival how to get there and even got a bus schedule, was very useful for travel plans. Room was not big but nicely designed and had complimentary tea, water and kettle in there.Big bonus for me is a bathtub! Also they had a good toiletries and everything looks clean and fresh! Very close to bus stop and restaurants and shop.
Negative: Please do something with a doors to all rooms , they are so creaking! Other question to hotel guests why no one hold there door when leaving rooms… Would be better if reception could be open all day, so people can pick up their left luggage at any time. I had to come back from Mont Saint Michele tour one hour earlier for my bags, because reception closed from 12 to 14, and my bus was at 13.07
