Positive: The location was in the heart of the old town and yet quiet and relaxing. The hotel contacted us via email with a pass for the busses and other activities. Both the city and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was quite a lucky find.

Negative: We knew which bus to take, but didn't know that it was inside the station, therefore after many laps looking for the bus, we schlepped our bags to the hotel. I am sure it is due to our lack of experience with travel, but having that notated somewhere would have been great!
