Positive: Nice location near the plage. Saint Tropez is in 6 km. A lot of space around. The building has an elevator. The flat is big and well equipped. Small but separate sleeping room.
Negative: In case of a rain or AC actively working the terrace becomes a pool. There is a problem with drain on it.

Positive: Proximity to beach. Good public transport. Swimming pool. Clean. Was also easy to access the property with good information from the owner via photos and maps.
Negative: It's DEFINITELY not a 2 bedroom property. Putting a curtain up between 2 double beds doesn't mean they are in separate rooms. Also, the air conditioning unit 2 storeys above us had a huge leak which constantly dripped onto our balcony making it unusable for sitting or eating outside. Other than contacting someone about this via Booking.com, there was nobody to report this to as there was no tangible person involved during this entire stay. Keys were in secure box and all communication was via website. Very small space for 5 people with suitcases.... Don't know how you'd manage with 6!

Positive: The location is located approximately 150m from the beach, which is great.
Negative: Every day we solved the problem of where to park, as the accommodation does not provide reserved parking. There is no dining table in the apartment where 4 people could eat. Bar table only. It would be a good idea to invest in balcony furniture.
