This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.
The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans areto be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.
All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Le Swansdoors. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our host, Laurent, was extremely friendly and he explained everything to do with the apartment clearly. He also advised us on where to go and where to book certain activities such as bike riding and paddle boarding. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Le Swansdoors to all our friends!

Summary: Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, and this is easily the nicest, best located apartment we've found! Right in the heart of Old Town Annecy, we could walk to everything we wanted (e.g., fresh pastries, ice cream, shops, and restaurants). And the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and three bedrooms made a week-long stay for our group of 5 was very comfortable. The unit's parking spot also was a short uphill walk from the apartment.In addition to enjoying all that Lake Annecy has to offer, we visited Geneva (an hour away) and Lyon (2 hours away), and we had a wonderful day of spring skiing in Chamonix (an hour away, plus some with traffic). Views from the ski lifts were spectacular!Thank you, Laurent, for being so easy to reach and for providing such helpful recommendations. (And so sorry for misplacing your key ring!)Highly recommend this place!

Summary: Very beautiful, spacious apartment right in the center of the old city. We were met by the wonderful Laurent, he told us everything, showed us all the amenities. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright, there was plenty of space for our family of five. Very beautiful interior inside, perfect big beds, comfortable kitchen. We liked everything very much, we were delighted!!! We will definitely come back to this apartment, it is gorgeous!!! Summary: The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent had also taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g., how to operate the appliances, where to find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access everything the old town has to offer. From the time of booking, Laurent was very prompt in responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the parking space.
