Positive: The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.
Negative: There's nothing we didn't like.

Positive: Perfect location for Annecy. You are right in the main area for restaurants and to see the city. The Friday and Sunday am farmers' markets are right there and worth the time for getting food and some other items. The rooms were spacious and confortable. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack less. They even had some electrical adapters in the unit for devices that did not require a power converter. Annecy is perfect location from which to see the region by car, just beautiful and interesting. Could spend a week at this location with car rental. There was free parking space for our car rental. They make sure to contact in advance and meet up upon arrival.
Negative: Persons booking should appreciate that part of Annecy is hilly. The unit is in an older building with stairs with no close access to the unit by car. There is a walk up a steep hill to where the car was parked. You will hear noise from the street below in the am and at night from the unit.
