Positive: It's a cosy, family-run hotel with prime location at the feet of the stairs leading to the sanctuary. Everything is spotlessly clean and taken care of. The bed in my room was rather soft but comfortable. There's a fantastic view from the terrace. The rooms aren't very spacious, but that's the nature of medieval buildings. Despite the owner's efforts, due to the thickness of the walls, the W-Fi connection in the room is weak, so manage your expectations. The cell connection works fine. The AC/heating/dehumidifier works great and is completely silent. There's a small parking in front of the hotel with limited capacity, but it gives you at least the possibility to drop off the luggages and park at the bottom of the hill.
