Positive: Had absolutely everything you needed close to the town and metro great value for money couldn't fault a thing really. I did struggle to sleep during the nights but that was probably the alcohol rather than the comfyness of the beds. I would 100% recommend and stay here if I come back.

Positive: Very nice apartment, neat, clean and well equipped. The building is well guarded, we had an earlier check-in and the friendly hostess explained everything to us. We had everything we needed, the apartment was warm and spacious. I definitely recommend!

Positive: The place met our location needs! Ease of train, bus, and metro in easy walking distance. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the middle of a trip. Communication by owner on booking message was fast.
Negative: I felt it wasn't completely clean upon arrival. The person who let us in noticed things were not done and spent time doing that rather than talking to us. But then the communication was a little hard on our part as we don't speak French. The place could have a booklet in different languages with the wifi and how to use things, how to leave the apartment, and maybe suggestions of things to do. I had a problem with smells - the bathroom toilet bowl cleaner was really overwhelming, and a smell of the apartment was like dirty dishwater. We were able to air it and reduce this but it didn't make me feel comfortable. Finally the toilet seat was not attached correctly or was broken or wrong size.
Summary: Great location for bus and train side trips and the metro for Toulouse.
