Positive: The location with a sea view and a 5 minute walk to the main town. The manager was fantastic and knowledgeable.

Negative: The kitchen was small and apart from some water we had to buy everything from a Dishcloth to condiments. There was no toaster.

Positive: The apartment was comfortable with a good shower room. The location was great, just a short walk out of the centre and an easy walk to other beaches. First time we'd been to Lipsi and would definitely go again and use this accommodation. The island is small but there was plenty to do, especially if you like walking and swimming, it still retains a very "Greek feel"

Negative: It would have been good to have had some recycling and rubbish bags provided, other than that the apartment was great

Positive: Great view of the little bay from the apartment. Spacious apartment with good facilities and Aircon worked well. Apartment manager, Stavros, was very prompt to respond to all questions and minor issues. Being 10 mins walk from the village, it was generally quiet and felt like a farm stay with the fowls and goat bells sounding in the mornings. Loved the little horse next door!

Negative: Initially we were allocated an apartment with too many stairs for us to manage, although the apartment position, double level balconies and views were spectacular! Future guests need to assess their capacity for multiple levels. A single level apartment was ideal for us. Mosquitos are present at times.

Positive: Location was excellent- outside of the main village but a pleasant short walk in. Villa G has upper & lower patios. Plenty of space & a good selection of outside furniture.

Positive: We stayed in Villa Gamma. The Villa manager, Stavros, speaks excellent English and was very helpful and available when needed. The lower level terrace is private and not overlooked. Location, rural setting and scenery, local donkey and stray cat who needed looking after!! Fabulous views.

Negative: Parking on site was not available. The complex of six villas can only accommodate one car at a time, but there is parking on the road. A full length mirror and a toaster would have be good additions. The spiral staircase to the upper floor bedroom was awkward and may pose an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: Excellent villa and adequate for our needs . Pretty sea view and relatively private .
