Positive: Spotlessly clean and easy to find. Nice to have a pool and sun loungers, even if water very cold.
Negative: Our room was in an annex, near some houses with dogs which barked and howled off and on from dawn! So disturbing and kept us awake. Dealt with two guys on reception and at breakfast, very friendly but chap who was there most of the time seemed pretty disorganised. He checked a relative into the wrong room initially. Breakfast was ok - they ran out of bread twice! Very odd. Kettle in room but cups were not replaced after one use so we asked for some.

Positive: There's so much I could write about this hotel. It is absolutely fantastic. The most wonderful front of house staff and manager who is always around. Typically Tuscan, plentiful breakfast, great pool with ample sunbeds around. Spotless clean rooms. The mattresses are so comfy and the pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Lots of free parking. We had a room at the front with a large balcony over looking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. I can't praise it enough.

Positive: The staff was very wecoming, lovely pool, We had a meat and cheese platter by the pool, which was all locally sourced, very delicious with a great selection. Great local wine served, too. No dinner options there are restaurants within walking distance which served very lovely traditional Italian food. The contnental Breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose from. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable we slept very well.

Negative: We booked a room for 3 adults and we got a room with two large single beds that were next to each other. One of us had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds. Not very comfortable. Great restaurant walking distance.
