Positive: We loved everything about the property. The host was very charming and helpful. We are charmed by her she waited us to arrive to give us a tour. The house was spottless clean. The rooms were very hot in the winter when the doors are shut. It was enormous event 10 people can stay there. The rooms were big, kitchen was very cute like a movie set equipped with every tool you need. The bathroom mirror has a speaker great addition. Transportation was very easy with 12-15 min bus ride just outside the door. The bus comes each 5-10 mins to the station. There was lidl just across the street. Free parking spot available in the outside. It has a big terrace, it would be lovely in summer.

Negative: Since kitchen and living room is so big and has a marble floor it was a bit cold in the winter. A rug can be helpful. One of the two toilets has only shower and bathtub so for big groups it could be a problem. There were some road noises but it didnt bother us.

Summary: Everything was amazing. We were charmed and feel at home.

Positive: The Property was large enough for a big family of 7. Rooms were ok. Kitchen had a rustic feel to it and was well equipped. Living room was large and spacious.

Negative: We couldn't get warm water in the bath tub. We tried reaching out to the host several times but there was no reply. It was a downer for us, because we are ok if it was not working but not even bothering to reply is annoying. Property had cobwebs many places.

Summary: Property was good but host was not reachable when needed.

Positive: big parking space right in front of the building. lot of spaces in the accomodation for our big family. located next to a grocery shop, very convenient.

Negative: it was very cold when we first came in and it took time to warm up. the accomodation is on a main road and it is very noisy (traffic and simple street noise like someone having a phone conversation)

Summary: we just had 2 nights there and the place was fit for purpose

Positive: Severely delayed check in. The host was still extremely helpful. Nice place for a family or large group. Plenty of facilities. Bit outside of the city so consider arranging for transport.

Negative: Booking.com's pin sets the location of the property about 100 south of the location. This is a problem for booking.com, not the fault of the very helpful host - but it does make it hard to find without assistance. The place is a bit big for one person.
