Positive: The location was fantastic, almost on the beach and close to places to eat. Very comfy beds. Availability of beach accessories. Great coffee for breakfast and tasty pancakes (if any left!).

Negative: Smoking guests and staff - the outside seating area was full of smokers. Smoke surrounding you all the time and getting into rooms through windows - awful. Quite a noisy building - woken up by noises of water from other rooms etc. The quality of breakfast food could be improved.

Summary: A pleasant stay but not for non-smokers
