Positive: Elaine is super friendly, attentive and welcoming. It felt like home during our stay there. The whole place is super clean, the bedroom is small, but enough for a couple, the bed was super comfortable, the place is quiet and easy to get to. Elaine and her husband Brian prepare the most delicious breakfast every morning and it is fresh, savory and homemade. We recommend this place and we will be back for sure. PEI is a beautiful place, with beautiful and nice beaches to swim and enjoy a warm day. The sunsets there are unforgettable! Lee's Ocean B&B made our trip easier, restful and welcoming.

Positive: Finding Ocean Peek B&B was easy and there was plenty of space to park my vehicle. There were lovely flowers blooming along the way into the house. Everything was very clean, the room was thoughtfully laid out with a little seating area and table and there was a desk as well. The television was an unexpected bonus. I was able to re-enter the property and my room later in the evening without having to wake up the hosts.

Negative: I found in filled every need, I have nothing negative to add.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again, lovely hosts, comfortable accomodations and easy access with parking.

Positive: Elaine is an exceptional hostess, hospitable, accomnondating, fast to reply if any messaging. Breakfast is very good and healthy, with coffee and tea provided. House is very clean and spotless, beds are comfortable, room is very quiet. location is very convinient, near grocery and drug store, just about 10 min drive from downtown Charlottertown, would come and stay again if coming to PEI.

Summary: very pleasant stay and good hot breakfast daily

Positive: Very nice room. We had 2 bedrooms, perfect for our stay. Our host Elaine was very very nice..she was very accommodating. The location is wonderful, close to Charlottetown center and you can take a walk down the street to the ocean. Breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Mistakenly I booked the night prior to my arrival so I contacted the property to advise them. I also searched booking for the following evening and did not see availability so I booked elsewhere. The property owner did contact me saying there was no problem and that they had availability for the following evening however I did not see the offer in time. I truly appreciate that they were willing to host me even though it was my error. I would highly recommend people like this and will definitely stay with them in the future.
