Negative: Very disappointed on arrival I understand 80 y/have limitations but No hand rails for the unswept staircase which had dirt and webs to upstairs condo Hole in cement on patio The mold on the a/c ceiling vents gave us some breathing problems Some broken cement pieces on floor under wall corners Large closet is no a closet but a door just a couple of inches from an art wall My daughter showed pictures of all to reception desk and employee said resort would definitely get in touch with us but have had no response in over a month

Positive: The staff were amazing and attentive. Check in and check out was both easy and very informative. I was met with a smile and a perfect attitude. Facilities are fantastic. The pool and pool area super clean and all areas well maintained. There's areas for entertainment such as games like pool and corn hole etc. There's a jacuzzi. The rooms are huuuuuuuge!!!!!! Like a home from home. A little dated in decor but it really does not matter. Has everything you need. The location is perfect and the value for money is an absolute steal. You will not regret booking here. Highly recommend. When we come back to visit family... this will be our base for some time

Positive: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area had a lot of potential. We enjoyed the outdoor activities and the grill area multiple times.
Negative: The pool was extremely warm. Also needed a good cleaning, a lot of debris in it. Understand somewhat it is in the Florida sun but it was far from refreshing.
