Summary: The owner asked for our information and photo ID to be submitted on the StayOvr APP. It didnโ€™t matter what electronic device used (phone, iPad, computer), it would not allow me to submit anything. I called VRBO who connected me to the owner - she sent me a form via email which I quickly submitted. I received no confirmation back. About 2 days before our arrival, I called the number again and left a voicemail - no response. The day before arriving, I called again and this time spoke to a live person. She texted me the form and I resubmitted everything directly to her number - that finally worked. This caused some unnecessary anxiety about whether or not we actually were booked or not - if youโ€™re going to continue to rent out this space, I highly recommend that you change how book and communicate with the customer. I saw previous reviews that said the same thing. Once we arrived, we had the instructions regarding getting into the unit - everything was communicated via text. My only complaint is the door into the apartment units from the parking garage was not identified, so we spent 15 minutes checking all possible entry doors and wandering around. Once we got in, everything was great. The apartment was clean and well laid out. The air conditioning was awesome. The accommodations were comfortable. This is a great central location to Plano and Frisco, the reason we chose this place. If we are in the area again, we would stay here again.

Summary: I was disappointed that the listing stated the room had a pool view, but it did not and chose the room also thinking it had a balcony. The condo was very spacious and the bathrooms and closets were massive. One bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on, but we just slept in the other bed as it was much softer. The location is ideal as it was close to everything and a short walk to all kinds of restaurants. Little confusing on check in as the buildings for the complex all look the same. The parking deck available is a walk from the actual room and not accessible without the key fob. Parking for guests was on the seventh floor of the parking deck and not covered. It would have been more convenient to have in the parking deck on the same side as the room right across the street. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We would enjoy coming back if the pool view and balcony were part of the package.

Summary: We stayed at the Grand for one night so we could take our friends to the airport the next morning. It worked out great and this place was perfect! Very clean, 2 big bedrooms with very comfy beds and full bathrooms

Summary: Tenants there were very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean. There were lots of shops to visit. Places we wanted to go were within range. We are from California it was easy to get around nothing was too far. We will stay here again on our next trip

Summary: Very nice apartment. Excellent location amid Legacy Shops. Legacy Hall is a neat dining experience. Our main purpose was a Cowboys game. AT&T stadium is about 30 miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great apartment, awesome location. I was unprepared for the walking distance from the parking garage to the apartment. We tried to carry too much at one time. Once we figured out "less is better" it made a big difference. It was a wonderful place to stay if you are aware of walking distances.

Summary: We really enjoyed this area and the apartment complex was very nice. We had a great time at the pool. Thereโ€™s lots of dining options and a small convenience store nearby. The apartment was clean and well maintained. If Iโ€™m going to be in the area again, Iโ€™ll certainly try booking here first.

Summary: Everything was perfect except the noise from the room above us. We know you have no control over this but they must have just moved in because there was a-lot of heavy walking, pushing boxes, what sounded like a basketball, etc. And this was at midnight.
