Positive: I like that the hotel wasn’t hard to find, it’s a beautiful and cozy hotel as a solo traveler I like how comfortable the place was, my only problem was cleanliness, it was quite dusty ( especially the night table and wardrobe, I believe that could be put into consideration.

Positive: Hotel was easy to find, clean, warm room, reasonably quiet at night.
Negative: First impressions are very important, and the personal touch, especially as many customers will have travelled from abroad and this may be their first time in the country. Having someone greeting them, checking them in, making them feel at home, would be preferable to the impersonal 'check-yourself-in-on-the-computer-screen' approach adopted by Legere here. It was very annoying. Someone described it as an upmarket hostel, and I'd agree. Staff, once I had checked myself in, I found friendly enough.
Summary: Poor first impression
