Positive: Two families with small children. We had all we needed and wanted. The house is very spacious and comfortable, 3 floors and a huge courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two living rooms, a dining room and a BBQ in the porch. The beach is 200m away (awesome beach with clean shallow water), and the view from the porch is perfect, especially at sunset. Despina the hostess is very kind and welcoming.
Negative: The only thing we found missing are shower curtains, but it's really a small detail.

Positive: We recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had an overall enjoyable experience. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a serene and picturesque area. The decor is charming, and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The outdoor area, with its stunning views and lovely patio and gas grill was a highlight of our stay.
Negative: However, we did encounter an issue with the air conditioning not working during our entire stay. Although the host promptly provided two fans, it was still quite hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Despite this, we appreciated the host's quick response and effort to mitigate the situation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this villa for its beautiful location by the sea and excellent amenities. We hope the AC issue gets resolved soon, as it would make this lovely place even more enjoyable.

Positive: The facility is very nice. Accommodated all 8 of us. Very clean. The owner is very nice and extremely responsive a to all of our needs. We had difficulty with Internet at first, but she worked the problem to a solution, and most of the time we had satisfactory connection at high speed. She also made sure we had cab rides to a location we needed to get to, and was there when we left at 345 AM to open gate for our driver. Close to the beach, though since we travelled in April beach was not a main draw. Very close to a small town with great restaurants.
Negative: I think if you are a group of folks (not a family) it is important to know that two of the full bathrooms are privately off the same main bedroom upstairs. So even though there are many bathrooms, some folks had to share. There are no shower curtains (which is typical in Europe, but not desirable for Americans).
Summary: Great affordable place to stay and relax a few days after coming off a week long cruise.

Negative: Property was advertising tennis court. It was not usable.
