Situated between Hervey Bay and Burrum Heads you will find Lemac, an ideal location to enjoy quality time with your family and friends at Toogoom Beach.
DIRECT BEACH ACCESS – This 2-storey property captures the summer breezes and sounds of the waves meeting the shore. A short stroll from the backyard through the tropical garden and you are on the beach.
ENTERTAINMENT – With not one but 2 large screen Smart TVs and comfortable seating to relax in, watch your favourite movies, tv shows, and sporting events on all your favourite platforms and Telstra TV is available. Unlimited Wifi is available for guests’ use.
OUTSIDE PET FRIENDLY – The owners know how important it is to be able to bring your best mate with you particularly when your holiday home backs onto the beautiful Toogoom Beach. With a secure fully fenced yard and external stairs, you can always have your buddy close by whether you are upstairs or down. A pet fee of $25.00 per pet will apply.
Please note: Fraser Coast Regional Council regulations allow a maximum of 2 dogs at the property.
DINING – The kitchen is located upstairs and flows into the dining and living areas offering inside dining for 8 and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Outside on the full-length timber deck, you will find a large 4 burner Weber BBQ, water views, sea breezes, and outdoor seating perfect for those summer afternoons.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, large gas oven and stovetop, large fridge/freezer combo, microwave, and several cooking appliances including 2 electric frypans, rice cooker, bread maker, slow cooker, blender, food processor, sandwich press, and mix master.
Breakfast is made easy with two toasters an electric jug and Delonghi Nespresso Citiz Coffee pod machine.
The upstairs living space is kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 1 – MASTER – The master bedroom is facing the water and flows out onto the timber deck. With a comfy king-size ensemble, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan you can be sure to get a great night’s sleep.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2 – KIDDIE’S ROOM – The kiddie’s room is just off the living area and is pretty darn cute with 2 single beds along with a highchair, bouncinette, portable cot, and stroller supplied for your use. Babies & toddlers have been thoughtfully catered to with attachable baby gates at the top and bottom of the internal staircase.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM - With a separate toilet the large family-size bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub.
DOWNSTAIRS – The living space downstairs is tiled and air-conditioned with the second lounge area offering a large flat screen smart TV, workstation, second fridge, and two queen size bedrooms along with a laundry and second separate toilet and shower.
The laundry offers a large top loader washing machine and dryer. In the laundry cupboard, you will find a mop and bucket, brooms, dust pans, and a vacuum cleaner available for your use throughout your stay.
The two queen size bedrooms offer comfy queen beds, large wardrobes, ceiling fans, and tiled floors.
From the downstairs bedroom which opens out onto the undercover patio, you can catch a glimpse of the water and feel the breeze through the trees. The yard is lovely, offering beautiful grassy areas for children and pets to play. The undercover area offers an outdoor table and chairs along with a large bed for the pooches.
All bed linen, ample towels, bath mats, and beach towels are included for your comfort.
When you can bring yourself to leave this oasis, you are only a 5-minute walk to the local convenience store where they offer delicious hot food including tasty burgers, fish & chips, ice creams, drinks, and basic essentials.
A 6-minute drive will take you to the Toogoom Boat ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café and the Salty Squid Café offering beautiful breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Summary: Our family (including a 5yo, 2yo and dog) stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was great as it was right on the beach, the house spacious and welcoming, the yard was perfect for both the kids and dog, and there was a wonderful back deck to relax on in the evening. We used the wi-fi and streaming options without any issues. I would definitely book there again.

Summary: We had the opportunity to stay at Lemac for 3 weeks and had best stay. The house was ideal for our family and loved the privacy of a short stroll through to the beach. The house was well equiped with plenty of linen, fully loaded kitchen and the kids loved all the books and toys included.we enjoyed our time and wholeheartedly recommend Lemac.

The house is lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Our three kids love the house and the beach and our puppy loved the beach as well. It was his first time at the beach and meeting other dogs. All the locals are so friendly.Kleyre is always so helpful, fast to respond and very friendly. She is a pleasure to book through and deal with.

Summary: We have stayed in a few holiday houses over the last year and this is by far the best! The house was lovely and clean. The kitchen well equipped and everything was clean in it. Beach towels were provided as well as plenty of bath towels which was such a fantastic thing for us, three girls in the family with long hair means we go through towels a lot and we had plenty. The beds were all comfy. However one down side was no top sheet on the two single beds. The hot water does get very hot which was great. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom needs some attention but that didn't dampen our stay. The outside shower was fantastic for us to use after playing in the sand. The aircons worked great, the one in the main room was a bit noisy every now and then but again, it is a holiday house. The beach was devine. We did not want to leave. Dealing with the property manager was a dream. She is lovely and responds quickly and is very polite. This house is definitely worth staying at! You won't regret it. We are already working out when we can come stay there next 😁 Oh and the bottle of bubbles on arrival was a beautiful touch.

Summary: Lamec is a wonderful property for a large family with multiple living spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and we were supplied with ample towels. We'd love to come here again.
