Summary: The property was nice, as was the hotel staff. However the dining was horrible in every way. The restaurant is in the pool area. The band was relatively good, but the music was so loud the speakers were crackling. It was appropriate dinner music but gave me a headache. (Thankfully our room didn’t face the pool area)The service was horrible! We ultimately got up and left without eating. Then suddenly they show up at the door with the food and wanted me to pay for it. My daughter was starving so I took it. It was disgusting. We didn’t eat it. It stunk up the room. Fortunately I only stayed the one night. Never again!

Summary: The rooms were quite large, large bed, little balcony. The hotel itself it a bit of a maze with different buildings connected together in confusing ways. But good breakfast, nice service, and held the convention I attended fine.

Summary: Property is old, but clean. Lots of construction going on around it at the moment. Staff at the hotel were very helpful when I was physically there, but now that I’ve checked out I am not getting any billing help via email or What’s App. I was double billed for incidentals on check-out and I’m still waiting for someone to respond to my request to for a refund over 1 week later.
