Positive: The view from the balcony was lovely and overlooked the water
Negative: The instructions on how to get into the property on arrival were confusing and it did not seem to have a lift which meant we had to carry all our stuff up several flights of stairs from the car park

Positive: The spacious balcony looking directly on the canal with the expensive boats and activities is fantastic and the selling point. Proximity to beach and shops in 15 min walking are okay. The apartment itself was very adequate, bed slept well.
Negative: The check-in instructions with regards to parking place and using the remote for managing the fence was not immediately clear, maybe could have been written better. But it was quickly resolved. For the rest everything was great!

Positive: Location was fine (Port Grimaud has a complicated layout of canals, so it can be a long walk) The room was cozy and the view excellent; boats moored right in front of the apartment.
Negative: No towels! the host subsequently informed me that he will remedy this in future.
Summary: A little complicated self checking (finding the keys etc) but good private car parking
