Positive: Our studio apartment was modern, well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen exquisite. The lovely bottle of rose wine we received upon our arrival was also a really nice touch and very much appreciated. The owner, Frantzeska, responds immediately to any communications and provided us with some really helpful information during our stay. Although there is no particular view from the terrace it was just one of those terraces that we really enjoyed sitting out on and watching the world go by. The location of the property is perfect, adjacent to both the harbour and the old town centre so in that respect everything you could want is all within a five minute stroll. It would be a privilege to stay in this property again and we would look forward to doing so.

Negative: Leaving! We not only enjoyed our stay in the property we also really liked Lipsi and could have happily stayed for several more days. Maybe next time.

Positive: Everything - this stay was amazing. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Shower pressure was brilliant, bed was very very comfortable, pillows were of good quality. Location was brilliant, walking distance to great restaurants, harbour, bars, coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helped us with washing clothes.

Positive: it was in the village close to everything. The owner was very helpful and tried to solve anything as soon as possible.

Negative: Just the view was missing but you needed to make like 5 steps above to see the whole port :)

Positive: Located centrally in the town. The property was well deigned and well appointed using quality furnishings, fittings, accessories. Francesca and her husband met us at the apartment and allowed us to leave our baggage until the room was ready. She provided us with a lot of great information regarding local beaches and restaurants.

Negative: Nothing of note

Summary: We had a very enjoyable week long stay. We would be return to the island and to Lemon Tree.

Positive: Such a gorgeous property! We loved the decor and styling, authentic Greek with a modern twist. The location was perfect, only minutes from the harbour and restaurants. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. There was everything you need, including a kitchen, not that we cooked with some of the best Greek food on the island readily available. Host was lovely and very accommodating. We had the best time in Lipsi and can't recommend it highly enough!
